This knowledge, teamed together with the fact that our founder has a mild form of OCD, has resulted in our standards becoming more important to us than our short term profits. This urge to reach perfection on every property has given us the privilege of working in some of London’s most exclusive and high net worth properties. Pleasing all customers, even those with the highest possible expectations. However, our staff are trained to apply the same care and attention to every property we attend, no matter of its value or condition. We attend countless properties on a daily basis that have been neglected by their tenants, and through years of hands on experience, we have gained the expert knowledge required to know what can and can't be removed from various aspects of a property. From our customer feedback, we discovered how much money we were saving our landlords with our Transformation cleans. Much to the annoyance of their building contractors, we were able to restore kitchen units and worktops, flooring, fixtures and fittings, taps and entire bathroom suites; all of which landlords originally wanted to replace. Word of mouth quickly spread, and we became experts in this level of deep cleaning. We now also offer a range of cleaning services, applying the same standards and commitment to all.
