Hey, we’re Chico Consulting Group. We partner with organizational leaders, educators and community educators to disrupt systems of oppression, transform organizational climate and reimagine liberatory practices. Our approach is grounded in anti racist values, rooted in lived experiences & committed to transforming the communities we serve. We seek to hold institutions and community partners accountable to shared goals and expectations. We specialize in facilitating intergroup dialogue, designing culturally responsive curriculum, delivering innovative professional development, and implementing curated strategies for organizational change. Since, 2016, we have partnered with non-profit organizations, institutions of higher education, school districts and corporations to develop and implement equity driven curriculum, evaluation frameworks, institutional policies & individual strategies.
