Chico’s burgers was founded by Islam Ibrahim in 2014, in the heart of the up and coming neighbourhood of Cricklewood, after years of competing with local businesses to make it into a successful restaurant Chico’s was approached by the well-established owners of Fait-Maison. Their goal has been to approach the burger market on a local scale to really show off the quality burgers that Islam produces, combined with the experience and contacts of his new partners to rebrand Chico’s into London’s newest and tastiest fast food spot.
