Chifin Co. is concentrating on technological developments and applications in the fields of bio-material and food safety. With the substantial support of Tekes, Chifin unites Finland’s six prestigious universities to establish the Sino-Finnish Joint Biomedical R&D Centre in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University. The centre focuses on project developments and product applications in fields of biomaterials, tissue engineering, and diagnostics etc. related biomedical and health care technologies. In the food safety areas,Chifin also works to promote the communication and co-operation between ShFDA and EVIRA to provide technical advisory related to food inspection and sales or services of laboratory equipments and reagents providing the whole concept of standardized laboratories. Now ChiFin company is actively involved in creating the CGMD (China Gateway for Medical Device) platform which is initiated by Shanghai Pudong Medical Device Trade Association (MDTA),and works to bring the new technologies and medical equipment from Finland & Europe to Chinese market.
