We are Chii: Connecting Helping Inspiring Interns. An organization aiming to break down the barriers surrounding internships. Internships are meant to be about gaining experience, but they tend to be given to the most experienced. Let’s change that. We provide resources that can help students throughout the internship process. Some of our resources include resume tips, interview prep, and the Chii podcast, in which students, employees, and recruiters get to speak on their professional experiences and give advice to students. We also hope to encourage recruiters and companies to join us in this conversation and rethink the process. We want to help students land their dream internships. Join us!
