I am an Independent Social Worker and Social Work Consultant with over 20 years experience of direct practice and management / leadership roles, primarily in local authority child protection services. I am available to commission discrete pieces of work with individuals, agencies or whole safeguarding systems.I am reliable and professional and deliver well written, concise and analytical reports that give families and professionals the potential to create positive change. I work collaboratively and use a strengths based approach. I have experience of working in child protection and child looked after services and have assessed a wide range of risk issues for children. I strive to ensure that individual risks and strengths are understood and proportionately balanced and complete timely high quality written reports that are easy for a range of people to understand.
