Chiltern Care is a family-run warm and welcoming group of care homes based in Buckinghamshire. We have been caring for people since 1984 and have built a close relationship with the local communities we serve. They know we provide a genuinely warm and caring environment for our residents, and that’s what makes it personal. Our three nursing homes are located in Princes Risborough (Cherry Tree) and Aylesbury (Mandeville Grange and The Gables). Each of these homes, while different in their own way, upholds our commitment to provide high-quality, individualised care for our residents, as well as a happy, warm and fulfilling home environment.
