China Securitization Forum

The China Securitization Forum is a non-profit private business association dedicated to supporting and advancing China's real economy through through the use of innovative financial tools such as securitization. CSF seeks to serve as a platform for a wide array of activities and projects that collectively contribute to the overall goal of promoting healthy economic development in China. There are three main planks in the CSF platform; they are: Education, Coordination, Advocacy and Inclusivity. Education Providing educational opportunities to members, law-making bodies, regulatory authorities, and other interested parties, regarding securitization, structured finance and related capital markets and financing techniques. Coordination Building the broadest possible consensus among members regarding legal, regulatory, policy, and other matters affecting or potentially affecting the role played by securitization, structured finance and related financial and capital markets tools in China's economy. Advocacy Advocating on behalf of the securitization and structured finance industry with respect to legal, regulatory, policy, and other matters affecting or potentially affecting the securitization, structured finance and related financial and capital markets. Inclusivity, Transparency and Governance Accomplishing all of the above while being dedicated to the core principles of good governance, financial transparency, inclusion and respectful accommodation of divergent member views.
