CHISEL - Communities and Homes In the South East and London - is a housing association based in south-east London, Brighton and Colchester. We own and manage 250 homes, and are the proud custodians of 70 homes built by their residents – of a unique timber-frame design, inspired directly by Walter Segal. The rest of our homes are in converted houses or were custom-built, and are largely in neighbourhoods in Brockley, Catford, Deptford and Woolwich.
