I'm Chloe, I've been a Life Coach for more than 15 years. I've worked with hundreds of women, both online around the globe, and in person around Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. I help women navigate the tough stuff and transform their reality. Those major transitions that we go through in life - relationship changes, career shifts, empty nest, divorce, anxiety, grief, peri / menopause and more. Whether we're in the middle of these transitions, or we're post transition, we can feel lost, confused, lack confidence and motivation, neglect our health, have zero boundaries, over-think everything, be reactive and stuck in victim mode, unsure of our identity and purpose in life.the list goes on. And all the while, unaware of how much power we have to turn things around. My combination of professional coaching qualifications, together with continued learning and my own unique experiences and growth, allow me to coach my clients very intuitively. Building trust from the word go, getting under the skin of what is holding you back, whilst also offering immediate support and accountability for strong action taking. This action taking is of huge importance to build the momentum we need in our lives to live passionately.
