From breaking free from a six-year abusive relationship to discovering the transformative power of meditation and shamanic healing, as well as undergoing my own Kundalini awakening solidifying my dedication to mastering self-healing techniques, resulting in after getting trained in spiritual & life coaching furthering my education in Psychology and complementary therapies.
