We are one of the few chocolate makers in France (only 2%!) who craft their chocolate directly from the cacao beans, in a “bean to bar” process. All different stages of chocolate production are carried out in only one place: inside our factory in Lille. Our aim is to make you discover the richness of the cacao terroirs through our different chocolates, each with its unique tasting notes.
