Chocolat Passions was established in the winter of 2008 by Kira Grassick, who grew up in a close knit family spending many happy hours in the kitchen with her grandmother who was a cook. Kira then trained as chocolatier and experimented with different fusions of flavours, after gaining many years of experience she decided to put her own ideas and recipes to the test. Since doing this she has realized success and within a short period of time, Chocolat Passions has been recognized for innovation of its products by winning the Grampian Food forum Innovation Awards 2010.
