Our team helps patients—young and old—gain confidence in (1) managing their self-care;(2) navigating the U.S. healthcare system with or without insurance; and (3) taking advantage of the best available resources in the community. Building patient confidence and optimizing a patient’s physical capabilities requires more than just clinical care. Every team member at Choice PT takes personal responsibility for ensuring our patients: understand how the U.S. healthcare system works and how to escape from the healthcare pinball machine; feel comfortable sharing both major and minor concerns with us as their clinicians; understand the full meaning behind each and every clinician question, explanation, and suggestion; feel entirely able to take the right follow-on actions to get the best possible clinical and real-world results; and know they can count on us to address any unexpected clinical, financial, or administrative developments.
