Most of the choices in life take less than a few minutes. However, we tend to be consumed with the big decisions. In fact, we make many of the minute and mundane choices unconsciously. These moment-by-moment choices do matter, sometimes even more than the big decisions in life. No school or course offers this training until now—one that breaks down the process of making choices into a simple to learn, easy to apply and fun to watch experience. Learn how to be consciously effective by mastering the art and skills of judgment and choice-making! The ChoiceLadder Institute is a social enterprise with a pay it forward mission to enhance the skills of human judgment and choice-making. We focus on the day-to-day small choices and highlight the impact of unconscious bias, social conditioning and cultural beliefs on our judgment.
