Here's how you can work with us: LEADERSHIP COACHING: Karen Walrond, the founder of Chookooloonks Media, is the former Chief Counsel of one of the largest software companies in the oil and gas industry, as well as the former Chief of Staff of A Fortune 200 corporation. In both of these roles, she gained extensive experience in strategy development, change management processes and corporate ethics management and education, as well as invaluable proficiencies in counseling business stakeholders. Karen is an active member of the State Bar of Texas. Combining these skills with the concepts of positive psychology coaching, Karen is also a Dare to Lead™ Certified Facilitator, having been trained in Brené Brown's work on vulnerability, courage, shame-resilience, and worthiness. Karen helps clients from all walks of life discover their own their gifts and superpowers, develop their leadership skills, and learn how to use them in a way that allows them to thrive.
