Choolaah

Choolaah is a fast casual Indian BBQ restaurant that serves traditional Indian dishes, with rich flavor, that appeal to the contemporary palate. Choolaah means clay oven. It’s a fresh take on the timeless Indian experience, sanja chulha, where family and friends gather around a community oven to reconnect. Indian Barbeque, by the Choolaah definition, is farm-to-table: fresh meats, breads and vegetarian ingredients, as well as cooked at high heats (up to 700).
