Choose Thrive is a Catholic-based mental health and wellbeing charity supporting youth, young adults, and their families. Our mission is to make mental health and self-development support accessible, inclusive, and empowering - equipping individuals to overcome battles of the mind, find truth and healing, and make positive choices that help them truly thrive. Rooted in Catholic values, we believe in supporting the whole person - mind, body, and soul. Our faith inspires how we serve: with compassion, mercy, and respect for the dignity of every individual, regardless of background or belief. As an organisation, we- Develop and deliver programs and resources that integrate faith-based values with practical mental health tools and education- Bring together a team of staff, volunteers, and professionals dedicated to walking alongside at-risk youth and families with empathy and hope- Partner with schools, parishes, community organisations, and NGOs to provide holistic, community-driven support- Advocate for youth mental health and wellbeing through a framework of compassion, respect, and the inherent worth of every person- Offer initiatives such as mentoring, parent workshops, support groups, awareness campaigns, and guided wellbeing resources that build resilience, connection, and purpose. Looking ahead, Choose Thrive aims to expand its reach through community hubs, digital initiatives, and social enterprise projects - ensuring that young people and families have the tools, environments, and opportunities to make bold, life-giving choices that lead to a brighter, healthier future. We believe that with the right support, every young person has the capacity to thrive.
