Working with self funding families across the UK we provide independent, impartial advice and support to find the best care homes. Our care home advisors are experts in care homes and empathetic to the needs and concerns of the families we work with. We do not take a referral fee from the care homes, our families pay us for our independent advice and we work for them. We also provide a Free Care Home Advice Line offering real support and information to self funding families who want to research care homes themselves. We provide a free Care Summary that enables families to understand what they should be looking for when they need to find a care home. We are operating the only independent care home advice line in the UK. Care homes also benefit from the Free Care Home Advice Line. We encourage care homes, when they can't help a family who has visited them, to refer that client to the Advice Line. We then work with the client and make sure they only visit care homes in the future that can meet their needs. Saving the family time and also the care homes.
