CHOSTON DEVELOPMENTS is the trading name of Chobanov & Stoyanov Ltd (Company number VAT#BG128584551), a luxury property development and project management company. Chobanov & Stoyanov Ltd. was established in 2004 by the real estate expert Mr. Mihail Chobanov and the entrepreneur Mr. Nicola Stoyanov. The company is private and entirely owned by its two shareholders Mr. Mihail Chobanov and Mr. Nicola Stoyanov. It has been registered in accordance with EU law applicable in the Republic of Bulgaria as full member of the European Union. We are part of the BULGARIAN PROPERTIES HOLDINGS group of companies along with other leading real estate firms such as Bulgarian Properties and Luximmo/Luximoti, real estate management companies such as Property Management BG, and furniture and interior design businesses such as Furnish BG, among others. Ever since its inception, Chobanov & Stoyanov Ltd. has been focusing its efforts mainly in the fields of premium property development, but we also offer our private and corporate clients a full spectrum of high-end services in construction and finishing works across Europe and the Middle East. We are a family owned business by nature as our company is run personally by its real owners, Mr. Mihail Chobanov and Mr. Nicola Stoyanov who serve as its general directors. The services we offer are managed by a team of full-time in-house experts even though for certain projects and jobs we use a short list of subcontractors with excellent track record and a long history working with us.
