CHOVA is a professional bicycle courier service that can handle any job up to 10 kg worth of food packages and other business packages in their modified delivery bags and are able to safely transport packages in any weather. CHOVA prides itself in being Zambia’s first Zero-Emissions delivery service designed to protect the environment while efficiently bringing your packages closer to you. All orders are made through a WhatsApp, Facebook and call-in system with a fast 3-minute response rate. These tools have been implored by CHOVA until an app is developed for a more centralised ordering system. All deliveries are signed for and a proof of delivery is sent to clients upon delivery. Our delivery service also includes a personal shopper option for our clients that would like packages purchased from grocery stores, vegetable markets and other retailers as specified in the client’s order. Our vision is to build an efficient zero-emissions bicycle courier company that has an active presence all over Lusaka and the Republic of Zambia. Our mission is to establish a climate-smart bicycle courier company that makes available a wide range of services as it relates to the service offerings in the Zambian delivery services industry at affordable prices to the residents and businesses of Lusaka, and other locations in the Republic of Zambia where we operate from.
