Chozen Ice Cream
One summer night, the three fisher women sat around the kitchen table enjoying a batch of homemade frozen rugelach. and a light bulb went on! what about creating an ice cream that tasted just like the traditional jewish treats they had all grown up with! an ice cream that was made with and inspired by the best desserts from jewish holidays, each based on family recipes and created by local bakers. an ice cream made with all natural ingredients and dairy from a local farm. an ice cream with chutzpah! and so chozen was born, an original and delicious ice cream made with a sense of history.and humor. we hope you enjoy eating chozen as much as we enjoy making it.
