Although my official title is clinical hypnotherapist, my real passion is helping people overcome their fears, traumas, phobias, addictions, habits, stresses and anxieties so they can live a balanced and full life. These traumas and anxieties can be the result of anything, from ptsd, bullying, physical, sexual and mental abuse, or simply the pressure, and sometimes the struggles of day to life I originally started mentoring and helping people in corporate land, way back in the 90’s. The people I managed and worked with had limiting beliefs and anxieties which held them back from achieving their true potential. It was around 2007 that i decided to help a wider audience, and in 2008 I made that happen by setting up my private practice. Through my own journey, and after years or searching for answers and solutions to my issues, i realised that no amount of talking therapy, seminars, self help books and tapes were going to help. And so it was only after extensive hypnotherapy training in the USA that i found the root cause of my isses, and that working with the unconscious mind and the deep seated emotional needs is the answer. My own journey proved that when we are really honest with how we feel, and work with those emotions and feelings in the body, then we are authentic and balanced, and that's when the magic happens. I provide Hypnotherapy, emotional freedom technique EFT tapping, NLP and mindfulness throughout Lancashire and the UK through face to face sessions in my office or by skype.
