I've been an enterprise strategist and architect since 1995, and a specialist at investing in change since collaborating with people in diverse enterprises and roles all around the world: corporate groups, standalone businesses, national and local governments, charities, non-profit associations, startups, social movements, and so on. Physically, I've worked in 27 countries. In my own career, I've also chaired conferences on innovation, transformation and change, and enterprise architecture, delivered keynote speeches, professional training and university guest lectures, and written a trilogy of books about harnessing the powerful combination of strategy, architecture and investing in change.
