Cathleen founded real estate investment company, Chrislar Enterprises LLC, in the year 2015. Cathleen & husband Victor have been enjoying a successful career in the real estate industry since 2001 where they started construction and investing in apartment buildings, motel, restaurants, single family homes, multi-family and equestrian farms all over Palm Beach County. In 2015, Victor and Cathleen established their own company to pursue his dream of being a full-time entrepreneur with investing in construction, income producing properties, fix & flip and some wholesaling. Over the past several years as a real estate investors, Victor & Cathleen interests have been-Working directly with Banks, Private Investors and Private Sellers -Pre-Foreclosures and Foreclosures, HUD and Government Foreclosures, Short Sales, REOs -Non-Performing Notes and Performing Notes -Construction and Renovations -Wholesaling Residential and Commercial Properties -Rehabs -Apartment Buildings -Income Producing Properties -Cathleen received her Real Estate license 2014
