Christ Centered Homes, Inc

Christ Centered Homes (CCH) is a premier nonprofit provider of living assistance resident services for persons with developmental disabilities- individuals with diagnoses ranging from mild to moderate to severe. Residents receive personalized care from a multidisciplinary medical team, which has established an overall quality of care that is accredited by CARF International and other organizations that set national management standards. Additionally, CCH has received high ratings in internal and external surveys of its residents, their loved ones, and guardians. Currently, CCH provides living assistance, medical care, and personal development training to about 160 individuals in 28 single-family home-style settings, located in Jackson, Lenawee, Hillsdale, and Calhoun counties.
