I am the co-founder of Learnfully with Judy Little and we help individuals and organisations with their learning needs. We are learning designers and facilitators first and foremost and our passion is creating learning that is carefully considered, relevant and current. We leave no stone unturned to ensure our learning programs and professional coaching is as effective and practical as possible. We develop tailored and practical learning solutions for our clients, ensuring our fully considered approach meets both learner and organisational needs. We develop both face to face workshops and online learning solutions using a structured design model. All our learning programs take into consideration the need to transfer skills, knowledge and insights back to the workplace to facilitate real change. We support organisations to meet their organisational change needs by helping them embed the learning using multi-faceted approach. We also provide a professional leadership coaching service. This can be tailored to a one off need or to meet a broader organisational program of change. We tailor coaching solutions from front-line skills based learning to middle and senior management leadership development. Where appropriate we can use psychological profiles to support greater insight and learning transfer for our clients.
