With a fleet of 6 modern kitchen trucks (18 & 7.5 tons) supported by refrigerated and dry store back-up vehicles and, of course, a craft service when needed. It almost goes without saying that the food is exceptional, using local products where possible. The experience of the teams means the service and front-of-house set-up runs smoothly and professionally with all dietary requirements carefully accommodated. A professional hot boxing service to various locations is also the norm these days. Led by founding master chef Chris Lee with 5 full-time head chefs. The teams are supported by second chefs, front-of-house facilitators, kitchen porters, drivers and runners that are steeped in the location catering business.
