We are a long-established independent Executive Search firm whose founder/director has 35+ years of specialist experience in the recruitment of CFOs / Finance Directors and other Senior Finance Executive roles.our connections and network has been built up from long before LinkedIn came into existence and ever since! Harry Chryssaphes (Founder/Director), an ACA and MBA, is probably one of the most experienced financial recruitment specialists in the UK. He has a deep knowledge of the UK finance candidate population and an extensive personal network built up and carefully maintained during his long recruitment career as a specialist within the field in this and in his earlier firms. We have a very impressive track record, having identified and recruited CFOs and Finance Directors (Group, Divisional or Regional) into FTSE100/250 companies, AIM-Listed, PE-backed businesses, SME privately owned companies; as well as other Senior Finance Executive roles – especially Directors of Financial Control, Group Financial Controllers, Directors of Financial Planning & Analysis, Heads of Corporate Finance/M&A, Strategy & Business Development Directors, Group Treasurers and Heads of Internal Audit/Risk. We have worked across a wide range of finance roles (as above) and across very many different industry sectors.
