Chuck Smith served as a police officer for 15 years. Finding it difficult to support a family of six on a police officer’s salary he began researching real estate. Like most he paid for expensive worthless seminars charging twelve thousand on credit cards. Chuck believed real estate would work with the right system. Chuck started writing his own personal system by documenting what worked and why. He also documented what didn't work and why not. Chuck then began flipping property’s part time and his first year earned His second year earned Chuck then earned $500,00 which was all cash in hand while still working full time as a police officer. It was then he decided to retire early. By this time, he produced a step-by-step foolproof manual. Chuck also built a million-dollar net worth by the second year. Chuck began getting requests to speak. He was asked to speak to the largest real estate expo, The Learning Annex.
