CIBLE is one of the oldest advertising billboards in Côte d'Ivoire, founded in the 1990s by the Ivorian Antoine Olivier VOZY. It is the first advertising agency to revolutionize the display market by installing the first trivision panel. CIBLE provides the Ivorian market with its technical expertise and innovative solutions for businesses in order to offer them better visibility. In 2016: 2nd prize for best publicist In 2019: Knight in the Order of Communication Merit In 2020: Officer in the National Order of Merit posthumously
