Pilsen's technology entrepreneurship incubator! Cíbola is home to innovation, education and resources for startups to build stronger businesses, faster. We provide a collaborative culture, business tools, education, and creative office space for innovators looking to launch their dream company in a fun and rapidly effective community. We accelerate business through access to funding, education, curated events, and mentorship from accomplished entrepreneurs, professionals, and academics. Geographically located in the "Heart of Chicago" and the thriving "Chicago Art's District," Pilsen naturally bridges access to Chicago's North, South, and West sides and is an inclusively organic source of entrepreneurs that represent the diversity and vibrancy our city’s composition. Having opened in late 2012 and led over 40 events and initiatives in the past 6 months, Cíbola has partnered with community leading organizations ranging from World Chicago to the White House’s National Day of Civic Hacking with the support of community partners such as Smart Chicago, Chicago Innovation Awards, Northwestern University’s KnightLab, The Chicago Tribune and Pilsen’s own Eighteenth Street Development Corporation.
