We are one of the most experienced transaction teams in Poland with nearly twenty years of experience. We work on capital transactions for international corporations and financial institutions, including private equity funds, as well as for independent entrepreneurs. We conduct capital transactions: from raising capital for development, through management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions (both sell-side and buy-side), and ending with the sale of companies. We also obtain debt financing for the development of enterprises and the execution of transactions. We have conducted several dozen capital transactions on the Central European markets worth several billion Euro. We perfectly understand that each transaction is a separate challenge. That is why we do not use "standard" solutions and we approach each of our clients individually, first trying to understand their needs and expectations, because the success of each transaction is always the result of close cooperation between the management board, owners and the transaction advisor.
