Ciel Associates, incorporating Ciel Education, is a UK consultancy group based in Cornwall, specialising in organisational change, strategic development and inclusion mainly in education (primary to tertiary). If you want to change direction, develop new provision or enhance your current work, we can help you. Ciel Associates was established in 2011 by Prof. Paul Kleiman and Jo Richler. Based in the north of England until 2023 when we relocated to Cornwall, we work with institutions, organisations and companies in the public, private and voluntary/third sectors. Our services range from short development and training events to mid- and long-term consultancy projects and change programmes. Our clients range across universities, colleges, small-specialist institutions, schools, local authorities and charities.
