Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) is an investment company that operates as a publicly listed entity. The company was established in 2001 following Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee’s strategy to privatize infrastructure development. In 2013, with fast growth rate and multiple ongoing projects, CII realized that its existing organizational structure was no longer optimal. The company decided to embark on restructuring process to change to holdings model, and establish new financial structure. Following that, CII has set up member companies specialized in different investment categories, including: CII Brigde & Road,(CII B&R) Saigon Water CII Engineering and Construction JSC (CII E&C) Infrastructure Service Limited Company (CII SERVICE) CII Land (Opening soon)
