There’s plenty more about our people on the site. History Ciits Net was founded in 2010 and is based in Kampala, Uganda. Over the years, Ciits Net has employed some very talented people. Andrew Kirui started with Ciits in 2008, and in 2010 he brought in to the company as a part owner and Director. We currently have a staff of four, allowing us to provide solid, robust solutions and support, while still being nimble enough to tailor our solutions to our customers’ requirements.
