Cilantro Facilities Management are currently maintaining all mechanical and electrical system installations in over homes across the London region. All MEP services are covered within our PPM maintenance plan from LTHW + BCWS, heating & cooling & electrical systems covering all life safety systems namely fire alarm systems & interfaces, smoke control systems, Ventilation systems, access control, intruder & CCTV systems, lighting protection, photovoltaic & other energy renewable sustainability systems etc.
