Blue Sky Boot Camp guides teams and individuals through a different way of thinking about your company’s purpose, people, products and places. Blue Sky Boot Camp doesn’t include uncomfortable ice breakers, trust falls or three-legged races. Instead, we guide participants through an idea-generation process so unique, it’s officially recognized by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Using a combination of neuropsychology, sociology and technology, we work to generate ideas in a more efficient manner than traditional brainstorming. We drive group discussion using a range of thought-provoking exercises, while simultaneously collecting individual ideas using our Growthstorming® app. The combination of the two methods results in a larger quantity of ideas, and higher quality ideas. Upon completion of Blue Sky Boot Camp, attendees will receive a customized Growthstorming Action Plan (GAP). This document has been instrumental in helping clients hold themselves and their team members accountable for agreed-upon milestones established during Boot Camp. After attending Blue Sky Boot Camp, many executives and team leads enroll in on-going executive coaching sessions, which help keep them focused on the goals established in Boot Camp. Executive coaching sessions are typically once a month for one hour, take place via phone or web conference, and focus 100% on finding solutions to your specific challenges.
