The CiMSO Group develops customer-centric, fully integrated software solutions that may be deployed either on-premise or in the cloud. The CiMSO network also delivers the business consulting and support services required to distribute, deploy and support CiMSO ERP software across the world. Launched in 1996, the software suite has more than 648 data platform servers in 12 countries. It synchronises information for 384 geographically distributed servers across the globe and manages hospitality and lodging for 87,366 potential guests every night. At this moment some 8,048 computer users manage membership and loyalty facilities for several million members. More than 1,227 touch screen points of sale computers process millions of transactions for thousands of stock items. CiMSO ERP software is customer-centric in design and embraces next generation technology. Customer-centric design focusses on placing the customer at the centre of business processes, and addressing customer needs in terms of the human psyche needs cycle. CiMSO programs are modular in design and seamlessly integrate to form an extensive enterprise resource management (ERP) system with a single database providing a comprehensive customer data platform. The system synchronises data in a highly secure manner across geographic boundaries, avoiding data storage in the open Cloud, thereby minimising the risk of breach of privacy or EU data protection regulations (GDPR). CiMSO ERP software provides management controls for key service delivery areas and keeps executives and managers in control of all the aspects of their enterprise.
