In 2012 Vidgo Viral and INDCinema merged to provide a 360 degree platform for independent film makers allowing them to manage their own content licensing, while working closely with distribution aggregators, online streaming storefronts and established on and offline line distribution networks. CineSense Media provides independent film promotion and marketing services. CSM facilitates content owner, leveraged distribution services and contracting guidance for film makers along with digital cinema theater booking/ four walling and alternative cinema location event management. In addition, we develop and provide original online storefronts, cross platform distribution channels (Roku, Filmon, etc) and provide Digital Cinema equipment rentals. Before the merge: Vidgo Viral accounted for more than online social engagements between 2007-2011 for content providers including independent film such as 'Beautiful Kate','Meditate and Destroy' and 'Penance' along with several major music label properties on social media. INDCinema brought its expertise in Digital Cinema Event Management having facilitated over 80 indie film maker DC screenings and premiers as well as contracts for alternative events such as gaming tournaments (GameStop, Game Exchange, etc) and corporate events.
