We are primarily, temporary traffic management specialists, however, we also have expertise across a wide range of consultancy and training services in the broader construction industry. Cinnte Safety Limited was established by Barry Bessant and Kenny Hudson in October 2020, after identifying a requirement for on-line training courses due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. We are the only training company to offer specialised on-line micro e-learning training courses in Temporary Traffic Management skills. We have designed a suite of courses under the banner of an Urban Road Works Programme to cover all the basic requirements of a Traffic Management Operative (TMO). URW-1 Working next to 'Live' traffic URW-2 TM Banksman/Marhsall URW-3 Working at Height URW-4 Stop/Go URW-5 Temp Traffic Signals URW-6 Multi-Lane Streets URW-7 Convoy URW-8 VMS URW-9 Risk Assessment Cinnte Safety Limited staff have over 20 years' experience in preparing Construction Site Traffic Management Plans, Traffic Reports, Safety Audits/Inspections, creating Safety Statements and RAMS, policies, procedures, and acting as PSDP/PSCS. Cinnte Safety Limited also has RSA qualified ADIs to enable them to carry out driver assessments and to help you devise and implement a Driving For Work Policy. Cinnte Safety Limited can provide Traffic Management plans for location filming and provide health & safety services in respect of risk assessment and method statements when managing suppliers to the film and location. Barry Bessant graduated from the prestigious Bristol Old Vic Theatre School (BOVTS) in 1989 and has worked in Theatre, Film, TV, and Theme Parks across the world and is a member of the Irish Film section of the Connect Trade Union.
