A Louisiana-born interior designer, Genevieve Trousdale’s finely-honed design sense was originally influenced by two generations of discerning familial role models with exquisite taste. After earning an interior design degree at the University of Georgia, Genevieve developed inspired and inventive ideas for each client’s passions and desire for the very best while on assignment designing homes and estates throughout Europe, the Middle East and America. Highly regarded for sophisticated design, meticulous attention to detail, creative sourcing of one-of-a-kind pieces, and the ability to manage thousands of special details at once – Genevieve has earned the respect and admiration of the most thoughtful and discriminating clients. Equally, Genevieve delights in designing interiors for individuals and young families locally in Southern California and near her home base in the South Bay of Los Angeles. Genevieve’s experience led her to create a global membership organization, called Circaphiles, for professional designers to find resources for their projects, network and continue their education. With her commitment to elevating the industry’s reputation, Genevieve earned a seat on the ICAA (Institute of Classical Art & Architecture) events committee which produces prolific educational programming throughout the year. In 2023, Genevieve was named by the LA Times in the Top 40 Under 40 interior designers in Los Angeles.
