I have over 25 years’ experience in merchandising and supply chain management across a number of retail sectors from fashion & home, health & wellbeing, charities and catering, covering value, lifestyle and luxury brands. I am passionate about sustainability and reducing waste across the supply chain, strongly supporting businesses to buy, source, move and sell with a more circular mindset. My roles have enabled me to gain knowledge and a very strong network across multiple ERP & demand planning, 3PL services and fulfilment, if I don't know the answer, I know someone who will. I have a very hands on approach, focussing on what is the problem we are trying to solve and defining the best options for success, you will always hear me say "we" when working on projects within your business, I am your critical friend, a safe pair of hands and can quickly integrate within teams and support where needed.
