Cirsi Institute

CIRSI is an independent non-governmental think tank established committed to undertake quality research products in different settings to shed light on certain problems, analysis solutions, and propose workable alternatives across sub-Saharan Africa. It is registered in Somalia Federal government and member states, and Republic of Kenya. CIRSI’s main offices is in Nairobi Kenya and also has sub-offices in Mogadishu and Garowe. Its main objective is to search for solutions to outstanding challenges through research and facilitation approaches by engaging relevant actors including private sector groups. CIRSI partners with local actors to seek alternative solutions from the local actors and beyond as it believes that local problems could be solved by the local people through mobilizing resource and bring people together work on their local issues and seek advocacy beyond-capacity challenges from relevant supporters through proper communication and advocacy way(s). CIRSI relies on the knowledge capacity and experience of its fellow researchers to explore solutions to the existing challenges for a certain community in the world
