Incorporated as a liability company in year 2001, Citec International Estates Limited commenced operation afterwards with passion for integrated real estates development and providing comfortable housing accommodation for Nigerians in promoting environments. Before embarking on the Mount Pleasant Estate project, Citec, in partnership with the Federal Housing Authority had built over 300 housing units of various types at its Citec Villas in Gwarimpa II Estates which has become a reference point in the Federal Capital.
