At Citizen Warrior Foundation (CWF), a US-based federally exempt nonprofit, we champion economic justice in emerging technologies, focusing mainly on Web3, digital assets, and AI. Our mission is to expose and combat criminality, ensuring justice for victims of malicious practices by entities like FTX and the Celsius Network. Partnering with leading organizations, we aim to introduce voluntary accreditation licensing for digital asset platforms, introducing the industry's gold standard for quality assurance, GBA's BMM model (gbaglobal.org). As voluntary QA adoption grows, transparency and regulatory compliance will follow, and the risks for creditors will be minimized. Our collaborative efforts with NGOs and the public sector fill critical service gaps, fostering an ecosystem where innovation thrives through increased venture capital confidence and SEC/CFTC compliance. This nurtures consumer trust as companies undergo randomized audits to verify their integrity, ensuring they act in the best interests of both shareholders and the community. Beyond our 18-month investigation into potential criminality within FTX and Celsius, we now seek federal and state funding to aid distressed communities and creditors laid destitute due to the numerous failings of Celsius's Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
