We provide the advice people need for the problems they face. We offer information and advice on a wide range of issues to those living or working in the Birmingham area. Our service is free, confidential, independent and impartial. We will not judge you, persuade you or tell you what you should do. We will listen, explain all the options available to you and advise you on the course of action you decide to take. It is about helping you to understand both your rights and responsibilities so you can make informed choices about the problems you face. We help many more people than we can directly support by campaigning. We use the evidence from our clients to challenge those in authority to change their policies and practices. We will explain what information we record about your issues and will not share any of your personal details without your permission.
