Citizens Advice Bucks charity helps people find a way forward. Whoever they are, whatever the problem. We can all face issues that seem complicated or intimidating. At Citizens Advice Bucks we believe no one should have to face these problems without good quality, independent advice. That’s why we’re here: to give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem. We speak up for our clients. No one else sees so many people with so many different kinds of problems, and that gives our charity a unique insight into the challenges people are facing. With the right evidence, we can show big organisations – from companies right up to the government – how they can make things better for people. That’s what we really care about, we are here to make things easier for our clients. We see how problems can be linked. We will try to help with the underlying cause of problems and try to make sure they don’t get worse. In doing so we save the government and public services a huge amount of money each year. Our clients often also find themselves better off for getting in touch with us. We make a difference. Last year we helped to solve the problems of 8 in 10 of the people who we gave advice to directly. 9 in 10 said that our advice had helped them find a way forward and 9 in 10 would recommend us to a friend.
