The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and campaigns on big issues affecting people’s lives. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. Citizens Advice Luton (CAL) is an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales. We value diversity, champion equality, and challenge discrimination and harassment. Citizens Advice Luton opened its front doors in 1992 from its first offices in Bute Street, Luton. From there we moved to King Street and now share premises with some of our partner organisations at Community House, 15 New Bedford Road. Luton. CAL are a founder member of the Luton Access initiative – formed to ensure the citizens of Luton can gain advice from integrated Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) services Luton Access.
