CITY 5 is the First Start-Up to introduce the concept of 5-A-Side Football in Pondicherry. The Football Complex offers high level coaching sessions run by Licensed Coaches for individuals with a passion for Football and regularly organizes Five-on-Five tournaments to bring the best teams in the region together. Only 4 years after its creation, CITY 5 is now a respected Football Academy and has nearly 200 players in India and in France. Champion of India last year (2019) in their first appearance at the National Futsal Championship, CITY 5 players have participated in the prestigious Mondial de Futsal (World Futsal Championship) in France along with the best teams in the world like Inter Fútbol Sala, 6-time winner of the Futsal Champions League. CITY 5 Team proudly finished at the 18th rank out of 32 teams. Our youth academy is also a pool of future champions, the Under 15 players reached the Final of the National Championship and 5 players got selected to the Indian Squad participating to the Futsal World Cup held in Paraguay. Bernard Mendy, CITY 5’s proud ambassador (Former PSG, French National Team, Chennaiyin FC player) has been supporting the current leading futsal club in India since the beginning of its journey and is working closely with CITY 5 founder towards the improvement of Indian Football.
